LBS Accessories Appoints Sales & Marketing Lead to Spearhead Retailer Push
-Burrett to add retail, consumer and channel expertise to management team-

21st February 2008 -- LBS Accessories has appointed Chris Burrett to spearhead its ongoing outreach to consumer electronics retailers in the UK and Ireland. Burrett adds heavyweight expertise in consumer electronics retailing and channel marketing to the management arsenal.  

 LBS Accessories has recently launched a range of mobile lifestyle and entertainment devices which deliver cutting-edge style and functionality at affordable prices.   It aims to offer retailers products that stay at the leading edge of customer demand within existing categories such as MP3 players, digital AV and mobile and in-car accessories, all sourced from the Far East through direct manufacturer relationships.

Chris Burrett brings significant commercial and consumer electronics industry experience to the company. He joins LBS Accessories from InComm, where he led the successful creation of a new UK retail category of high street branded gift cards for sale through major high street multiples and supermarkets.  Prior to this, he was with Virgin Mobile, first in channel marketing and later managing many of its most important external commercial and regulatory relationships. His earlier career included work with Dixons Stores Group and AC Nielsen.
